Open to Drive manufacturers and Academic organization which agrees to the purposes of the HSDF and elects to join the HSDF as a Supporting Member, with the acceptance by the Steering Committee. |

Open to any organization which the Steering Committee accepts as a useful organization to the HSDF. |
